Systems
Systems are complex elements composed of various components.
When creating systems, start by entering the general properties, following the structure and logic of items and components. After saving, additional system-related sections in the sidebar menu are unlocked.
For the Code field, only numbers, letters, and underscores are supported. Spaces or special characters cannot be used in the code.
For illustrations, filenames may include numbers, letters, underscores, and hyphens. Filenames with spaces or unsupported special characters may not be consistently supported.
The Supplier search field requires the corresponding account to be set up in advance.
Most sections require component assignment. Once assigned, selections should be activated and supplemented with a price based on the calculation method.
For more complex pricing structures with multiple dimensions, such as for product types, a tabular price entry option is available. Rows and columns can be added to the table using the respective buttons. The plausibility check highlights pricing discrepancies and entry errors through color coding.
For quickly entering large tables or transferring existing price lists, an export and import function in CSV format is available.
